Founded by Dr. Melinda Freckleton in 2019, Firestar Veterinary Services is an equine ambulatory veterinary service providing high-quality horse care on the farm. Dr. Freckleton and her team will provide concierge medicine-style equine preventive care at a variety of levels. We are well equipped—our state-of-the-art Bay Horse truck body allows us to have all we need with us and ready to go.
We utilize the best in gentle dental equipment, an oral endoscope to allow viewing of the teeth, tonopen for glaucoma testing, ECG cardiac screening, centrifuge, stable lab SAA testing, and much more.
